![]() Culinary Magic Cooking Show was created by Chef Dan Catanio. Culinary Magic is curently being aired in Northern California,on Redding Community Access Channel 11, and in Coos Bay & North Bend Oregon, on Community Access Channel 98. 30 shows have been produced, with topics covering several Culinary types of American Regional and International recipes. Chef Catanio is the Executive Producer of Culinary Magic, and has had many local Community leaders appear on his show to learn and create menu ideas with Chef Dan. If you would like any copies of the show, you can call the Broadcast studio or go on to their website to order any of The shows. The classes consisted of, Italian Cooking, Baking class, Oriental Cooking, American Regional Food and the Art of Fruit & Vegetable Carving's, The Boy's and Girls Club of Oregon held their annual Auction Fundraiser Dinner. Chef Catanio handed out the awards to the "Little Chef's" It is a pleasure teaching the Teens Culinary arts.
