The Pizazz Flavored butters would be in the one pound box, 4 ounce portion cubes. Some will have a flavor assortment pack and some will have the one flavor, such as, Lobster, clam, citron or other flavors that are listed above. 

My Pizazz Butter is great on:

BBQ Grilled Steaks - Choose your Pizazz butter,  slice a piece off and place it on your steak~

Grilled or Baked Fish - Pizazz Butter on top with sliced mushrooms ~

Fresh Vegetables - Fold in any Pizazz Butter flavor to enhance the vegetables ~

Cooked Fresh Pasta - Toss a few slices of Pizazz in to it,  and give your pasta a toss ~
